Cable connection outages
I keep having broadband outages on my connection - I know there are issues currently being work on in my area - but was told to post here for a possible solution.I'm intrigued, but not sure what the expected outcome is.

The outside brown virgin media cable box / cover is completely broken and come off our wall. I am worried about this going into winter as the wires are all exposed - can someone help to fix this please?
What time are engineers allowed to start work outside somebody's property. Had a group of men here twice around 5.30am lifting flags and banging. The worst is the shouting all over the street from the men doing the work. Surely there is such a thing ...

Following on from my quick start Hub 5 not connecting. The engineer came and fixed it. He said there was a part missing from the box under my window. Simple fix. All good now.Mark
