Need to book a £25 Non-Fault Call Out for cable relocation

Hi,

I've just renewed my contract and I need an engineer to move my internal entry point. We have recently added internal wall insulation, so the current cable entry is now too deep/inaccessible.

I am happy to pay the standard £25 non-fault call-out fee.

Could a member of the team please PM me to get this booked?

    The primary place to report faults or for service requests is Customer Services on 0345 454 1111/150 if you have a VM landline or wait two or three days for a VM staff member to get to your post.

      Thanks. I had tried calling but you get stuck in a loop of the automated response trying to diagnose a fault - there seems no way to get straight to booking a non-fault call out.
