Virgin media connect error

Hi

I’ve just had my services installed and everything is working ok except I can’t log in to the virgin media connect app - it says “we couldn’t connect you to the server” and “we can’t seem to identify you right now” - have tried multiple times and done re installs and resets of hub 

any ideas -
