Hello,
On Friday 10th May 2024 I upgraded my virgin media to a new contract with Gig1 Fibre Broadband with the delivery date of the 14th. It is now the 22nd and I haven’t heard anything.
Admittedly I did type my email address wrong as it was a typo I put ‘man.com’ instead of ‘msn.com’.
When I will receive my new equipment and when my services will start.
When i go to the link to view my orders and appointments online it says that i have no open orders?
Can someone provide me an update on the status of this order please.
