No power to white plug

The white plug that connects to the virgin wall supply (not the hub itself) isn’t working, the green light won’t come on, I’ve checked all the wires etc. The green light comes on only if I take the white cable attached completely out.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated ☺️

Just to clarify - it would help if you included a few photos of the wall box, cable ends, etc.

I should closely check all the coax cables back to the fibre/coax converter, sounds like a short.
