Installation date

anyone else had issues before changing installation date ? I won’t be in and tried changing it and the guy said the next available date would be 2nd April but if I look online I can re order and book for the 25th of March onwards !! 

already lying to a new customer, will be cancelling before it’s installed and sticking with sky on 80mb broadband
