Cable entry - move box

Hi,

Not sure who can help or advise but I have wasted hours trying to get to talk to someone who can help me move my cable entry point. Honestly it’s the most painful service system I’ve ever come across as you just can’t talk to anyone and I’ve been with Virgin for years. 

I need it moved fairly quickly as having building work - anyone know a number I can call and talk to someone without using an app or other automated service ?  I’ve seen that this can be done for 25.00 but how on earth I arrange it verbally is a mystery.

Thanks for posting on our Community Forums about getting your equipment moved, I am sorry you've had some trouble getting help with this over the other contact methods!

Could you confirm if you mean the external brown box on the outside of your house please?
