VM cable box broken

Hiya I have looked outside and my cable box cover is now missing which I think it has blown off from the strong winds. This is now leaving the cables exposed.Please can you let me know how I can get this rectified.

Resolved! Drilling into the property

Apologies if this is the wrong board but does anyone know if VM drill into the house from outside or out of the house from inside. This will be for a TV cable only in a upstairs bedroom.thanks
