When reboot Hub 5 with VM Pods no Internet connection.

I have no Internet connection When I reboot Hub 5 with VM Pod's are  connected when Pod's are switched off than  Hub 5 connected to Internet. Than switched on the Pod's why?

Anyone else this problem?
