Web safe settings not changing

Hi. 

I am trying to change my websafe settings but I get an error message that says my settings cannot be saved at this time.

Are you seeing the old UI (left) or the new UI (right). If the latter then when signed in to My Virgin Media go to Web Safe Settings (old UI) and try making the changes there

Thanks for the reply. I am seeing the new UI. How do I get to the old UI to change the Settings?

Sorry to see you had an issue with changing the child safe settings online due to this error message, has the advice above helped and have you managed to do this since you last posted on Tuesday?
