Scam call regarding your slow internet connection!!

Just received a call saying they where from Virgin Media…..said there was a problem with my internet. Assume this is a scam call. How would you know there was a problem with my internet. I am not having issues that I know of. Strange that they called me by my first name. Can you confirm this wasn’t from Virgin Media ?

This call wasn't from VM. As you suspected, it was a scam call. VM don't make tech support calls out of the blue to customers.

When they ring again, just hang up on them without talking to them.
