Hi I have an Orbi Mesh network with VM which I installed a couple of years ago. I followed online instructions, so I have no idea what I did - I remember taking an http address from the bottom of the router and changing some setting from the VM Hub3 - more on this in a bit.
I had the VM Hub3 wired directly to the Orbi router, from which I run two satellites. Everything was working until yesterday when I had to reset the Orbi router, in doing so the network in my home is now ORBI xyz123 rather than VM xyz123.
Everything seems to be work, although it took a fair deal of time for all the devices to long on to the new network. I just wanted to check that this was a normal thing and won't affect my account with Virgin - I've checked service status online several times and everything seems to be okay with Virgin.
As to the http address on the bottom of the VM hub, when I put the address into the search bar it just times out - ??
Any advice gratefully received, ta.
