Hub 3 consistent red light

Like many other people I have a permanent red "power" light on my Hub 3. It has been like it for at least two weeks and the router is warm, but not hot, to touch. Concerned this is an overheating issue I've tried to contact Virgin Media on multiple occasions and have been fobbed off every time.

I have followed all the instructions on line on what to do and I still have the same issue. I don't know what else to do as everytime I call they keep telling me there's no issues.
