I have had virgin for nearly two years, but last week or so I am having wifi drop outs (I've written this message three times and it dropped out before I posted it every-time)! I have no idea what to do. Included Downstream, Upstream and Network Log. Can anyone help me?

Your upstream Modulation is not all at 64 qam and some T3 timeouts.
Check your cables are well connected to the hub and wall.
Is the cable VM installed and not your own?

The cable is VM installed. I’ve just everything is plugged in. Will test it out and see how it goes and report back.

Still the same issue.
I can trigger it quite easily if I upload something, even as simple as attaching a file to email.
any ideas where to go from here?
