How do I cancel my subscription only had broadband for a month but it was fitted poorly well it was more laziness than anything, I can't play online games as it keeps crashing due to poor connection I've been speaking to support on here which is great but had a call from customer service who said someone had been out and sorted it which was not true ... I just want to cancel now I just want internet connection
