Why Can't i disable Channel Optimization it's on and gray

Just logged into my Hub 4 and managed to select disable optimisation, if you are on hub 4 does it look like this?

Can't do that it's grayed out can't press anything

Yep, that option diasppeared when they issued the firmware update that stopped my Firestick from using 5 gHz.

Yes it's stuck on tho I want it off

Take control of your connection and use hub in modem mode and a better router with 1Gb ports

Sorry to hear about these difficulties with your Wi-Fi settings - particularly channel Optimisation. 

If you have Wi-Fi Pods you will need Wi-Fi optimisation to be enabled to ensure the best performance from the pods. 

Can we just check you have tried a reboot on the hub to see if this fixes your access to advanced settings?
