Had engineer out and forced to swap out Hub 3. No change.

You can check the confirmation of this in your my VM account under the tab "Upcoming Orders and Appointments". You can also amend the date and time there. I have also added notes that this issue has been ongoing and that you have had a hub replacement already.

looks like it's possibly a noise ingress, but as the counts that matter are since the hub was last power cycled they do not show the current picture. do could you please power cycle the hub and post a new set of figures after about 2 hours. We can then see the current state of your circuit.

Yes, still horrendous PostRS errors. Check all connections are tight.  You will need a VM technician to sort this out.

I have had an engineer out on Wed 20th October.

He did a full check on the line and said all was OK.

I pushed him to check the roadside cabinet, after a while he relented and checked there and reported no fault found.

He pushed me to accept a replacement Hub 3. I have done and have rebooted it several times as well as it rebooting itself.

All checks and connections have been carried out. I am an IT tech so know the basic fault finding.

Either my line is badly faulty or the CMTS is faulty. I can submit that MAC address id required.

This needs sorting soon or I will go via OFCOM and legal action as VM are not providing the service that I and many others pay for.

I am not the only one with this issue. The fault HAS to be with VMs infrastructure.
