Constant latency fluctuations + TV artifacting

Tizzletom
Tuning in

Hi there.

Recently I have been having some packet loss along with a largely fluctuating latency, along with the TV artifacting every so often which is quite annoying.

I never get fully disconnected but I can tell when it hits playing a game.

Below are my download and upload stats from the router after a reboot for 20 mins.

Any help would be appreciated

Your BQM for today looks ok but with tiny bits of packets which might be hard to find the problem.

Sorry for not replying here.

Since the DM came through I forgot to check if there were any updates to the post that I made.

Thank you for replying.

Overall the internet is okay but its just those little lost packets are just enough to kick me off of a phone call with work which is quite annoying.

Hi there Tizzeltom,

Thanks for coming back to Sasha via private message today. I've picked this up as she is out of the office. I can see the engineer has been booked so they will check things inside and outside of the property for you to try and get things resolved.

I appreciate that in the meantime you will still have the issues but there is no need to update us on that as we already know they will continue until the engineer has arrived. 🙂

Fingers crossed the engineer can get thing put right but do please come back and update the thread here with how things are going after the visit.

Take care,

Hi there.

The engineers came and went on Friday but couldnt really see too much wrong. They did however give me a new superhub 3.

One thing that I have noticed, please don't blame my equipment for this as I have tested using a Nighthawk R7800 and an Asus RT-AC86U. When the super hub 3 is in modem mode there seems to be a higher level of packet loss vs router mode. Why would this be?
