Hi I fell behind on my payments and after talking we came up with a payment plan for reduced service however even tho paying the amount each month they restricted my service and it keeps happening I get it unblock in the morning after talking to them and they assure it won't happen again but it dose and always at 1 am I can't have this happening as I care for my grandad who has dementia and it's how the family knows what's going on which they know so how do I stop this from happening
