Bill higher than normal

Tuning in

I've just received my latest bill and it's £7 more than I was expecting and I can't understand why.

Can someone tell me if I am missing something obvious before I try and contact VM

Hi ctbfc

Scroll down your bill and see if there is anything listed under Usage charges (see screenshot below)

Hi - thanks for the response. That is the issue - I am being charged for Netflix premium (which I don't have), just the standard once that is included with VM.

Do you know if that is that for Netflix to resolve or do I need to contact VM?

Hey ctbfc,

Welcome back to the community and thanks for taking the time to post. I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your package at the moment. Are you able to check the package that you have via your Netflix account and confirm that you only have the standard account?

Kind Regards,

Steven_L

Hi Steven,

I have only standard Netflix. I used to have premium but downgraded this when the price went up (April/ May I think). Looking through it appears I have been charged £7 wrongly every month since then. I've spoken to VM via phone who have said they will raise a credit so I'll wait and see how it turns out.

No problem ctbfc, once the net bill is received, if the credit isn't showing let us know and we can look into this further for you.
