cannot accept pre-contract email

attempted to accept an upgrade / new contract offered through the app... gets to review and submit page BUT there is no option to accept the offer !!  have been sent pre-contract documents in an email BUT again there is no way for me to accept the offer.  PLEASE HELP !!
