Need to order a Wi-Fi pod , installed the connect app to allow me to do that but the app does not recognise my hub 3 even when standing right next to it

Thank you for reaching out to us in our community and welcome, sorry to hear our Connect App isn't seeing your Hub 3.0 which is stopping you running WiFi checks.

Thank you for joining me in a private chat and for clearing security, as advised I have ordered your first WiFi Max Pod, please install and allow up to 72 hours to activate, once activated if you still have black spots we can order a 2nd Pod.
