Following the merge with O2 I can’t see that I ever received an email with details how to link my accounts and now my previous virgin media email and password does not work to log into my account.
In order to create a Virgin Media O2 ID it’s asking for my account number and area code, but on all of my emails it only shows the last 4 digits of my account number and I can’t find an area code anywhere (postcode S44 if that helps)
unfortunately I can’t find my welcome email or recall having received a letter.
