Virgin Driver reversed into me. Admitted liability but no one has contacted me. Tried Leaseplan as that was what was supplied by driver but they wont have anything to do with it saying they just do accident management and not insurance??? please help someone as my car needs fixing.

Pass the VM van's registration number on to your insurance company.

yeah have already done that but they advised to go through drivers insurance but Leaseplan say they are only "accident management" and not insurance?? every number for them has me ending p at the same place.

With a car accident you should never have any contact with the other party apart from them giving you their name and insurance company. Everything should be handled by your insurance company.

Well my insurance company said I should be contacted by the drivers insurance company and they should handle everything as the clim isnt mine, its his.

"as the clim isnt mine, its his" Totally wrong, you are claiming, he admitted it. Your insurance company will pay your bill and then unless they use ‘knock for knock’ will claim the money back from his insurance company. It’s not up to you to do their work for them, they are trying to opt out.
