cant activate e billing, cant find the option to activate e billing anywhere in the account settings so annoying

I am sorry you are having issues setting your bills to ebills, you can do this here it is under >account settings>account details>contact preferences.

Sorry to hear that you were unable to set this up yourself, what we would like to do is help you via a private message to get your eBilling working. In order to view your private messages you can select the purple envelope in the top right hand corner.
