First off id like to say trying to contact virgin is an absolute joke. I phone and enter my account details and it tells you to use the app and hangs up.
I have sent a payment that has not been taken off my bill and now my service is restricted and I have no broadband. I do not wish to pay again while this is sorted when I have a clear bank statement that says I have paid them. What do I do??

I'm sorry to hear you're facing issues after making a payment. To clarify, how did you make a payment to your account? Depending on the method of payment, it can take a few days for it to be cleared and registered to your account.
Once the payment has cleared to your account, your services will be automatically unrestricted.
