Charged twice

Been charged twice as I made a payment on the 5th manually expecting my direct debit to be 0 and you have taken the same payment again. I would like a refund on my payment made please and direct debit date changed.

Thank you for your post. I'm sorry to hear you've been charged twice.

I'm afraid that we are unable to assist with these sorts of queries from here, and it's best to speak with our Billing Team over the phone on 0345 454 1111 / 150. Alternatively, you can request something called an Indemnity Claim through your bank to retrieve the direct debit payment back.

You should also be able to change your direct debit date via your My Virgin Media account if that's easier for you.
