Cancelling Account

Why is it impossible to cancel your account. I get hung up on, on the phone, the texts are never answered and whats app just goes round and round saying they have lost me. It's an absolute disgrace.

Thanks for posting on our community forums. We're sorry to hear of your recent experience when tying to cancel your services with us, this is not the service we aim to provide.

We're unable to process cancellations or package changes from here, however due to the experience you have had trying to request this we will be more than happy to take a look into this for you.
