Username and password have been changed after a data breach

I was recently the victim of a data breach/hack. My vrigin media username and password has been changed and I canct access the website. I've tried using the forgotten password method but it doesn't recognise my email. I can't get into my email to find my account details to verify another way so I've hit a bit of a wall

Sorry to hear you've not been able to gain access to your online account. 

Do you have another email at all that's not a Virgin Media or Ntlworld that you can change your username to?

If not, please can you make one with any of the available email clients such as Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo etc and let us know when you've got this set up and we can assist further to look into getting you access back.
