Can’t Access My VM Account after house move

Hello, I moved house in early April, and transferred my services from my old address to my new one, and also took out a new deal at the same time. I now have a new account number, but I cannot log in to My Virgin Media account at all. I have contact VM several times, and been told they need to do a Move & Transfer, but every time I contact them, I’m told they’re working on it, but nothing’s changed.

Please help.
