Hi,
I have recently joined Virgin Media when moving into my new house however am unable to access areas such as My Virgin Media because I was never sent my account number via email or in a physical welcome pack.
I was wondering if there was a way to find the number outside of this, thank you for your help.

We're sorry to hear you've not yet received your account details. Whilst we're not able to give you the account number directly, we can check some details and get your contract resent with the information you need.
In order to do that I will need to confirm some information with you to pass security so I have sent you a direct message to allow us to do this with you in a private space. If you are using a PC/Laptop then you can just click on the little ✉ at the top right-hand side of the page to access your inbox. If you are on a mobile/tablet device then instead click on the little circle icon in the top right then select 'Messages'. 😊

I have recently joined Virgin Media when moving into my new house however my Virgin plug is damaged & I need to contact someone to fix it as we cannot plug in our Wi-Fi box. However, I was never sent my account number via email or in a physical welcome pack. Therefore I cannot contact customer services as this is the information they need.
I was wondering if there was a way to find the number so I can contact them to fix the plug. Thanks!

Check out the envelope in the top right hand corner for a private message from me and we'll seek to obtain your account details and resolve the matter in relation to the router and it's plug.

I have been a year with virgin media and I have spoken to people over the phone to make sure spelling is correct but noone seems to be getting it right. I need access to my account number and I need proof of payment throughout the whole year. Thanks
