Account Number
How do I find my account number - I have never had a welcome pack or any paper / electronic bills, only a letter confirming direct debit set up and texts from installation engineers. There is nothing in my bank statement (inital payment taken) to help. I have broadband only (no 'phone).

It's great having you on board with us in the Community :) - Usually you would receive an email after ordering your services which should give you your account number. - We're not able to give this to you via the Community or over the phone. Instead I can send you a letter to the home address with the account number. You can then use this to register for My Virgin Media to be able to view your bills :) - Before I can do this, I will need to pass Data Protection. I have sent you a private message.
