TNT sports disappeared

Hi, I have Maxit TV, but can't access TNT sports. When I log in to My Virgin Media it is listed under my account, but my box is telling me to upgrade. 

I recently renewed my contract and the summary email says TNT Sports has been removed but I don't remember agreeing to this in the upgrade, and it should be a part of Maxit TV anyway. Any help?

This will happen with all new contracts or contract changes. The original Maxit TV bundling arrangement was with BT Sports. BT no longer owns the channels, & the new owners (Warner) will only allow the channels to be sold as a premium subscription. While you keep your old contract the legacy rules apply & you can still keep them.
