Switch to ebilling

I'm trying to switch my elderly mother's account to ebilling.

Despite multiple attempts and a telephone call, I still can't do it.

I follow the guidance/help, but whenever I navigate to switching, the link to 'switch to ebilling' takes you to 'make a payment' and I cannot find another way to access switching.

I reported this bug weeks ago, but it still remains. I have tried on multiple browsers/devices, but on each, the link navigation appears to be 'broken' and I'm presented with 'make a payment' pages.

HELP!!!!!!

Hello DebraM2

 

Sorry to hear of the issues experienced setting up E billing for your mothers account, we understand the frustration and you raising this via the forums.

 

This facility can only be requested by the account holder, we aren't able to action this request via a third party. Can you try the following which requires an active My VM account.

 

•    Click on the Settings tile.

•    Click on Account Details.

•    Scroll to Communication Preference and click Edit.

•    Select "eBills, email, text" from the dropdown menu.

•    Click Update.
