Primary Account Holder status required

I wonder if this is a record for Virgin? My husband passed away nearly 3 years ago, when the account was transferred into my name, they forgot to make primary account holder. So started the saga of me asking Virgin to give me this status. Seems impossible because wherever department I contact, all the replies I get is "this is not our department" so which department is it? I have been trying to do this for 3 years now and got nowhere so\ this together with my emails problems,  I have resolved that when my contract expires, I will be off to someone else!

Could you expand on exactly whats happened please?

The account itself should be in your name.

By primary account holder, are you referring to the online My Virgin Media account?
