Hi All,
I have just taken out virgin and they are telling me virgin takes 2 months of payment upfront.
I am unable to find this on their website going through taking out the contact nor with the T&C's
does anyone else know much about this?
the people on the phone just tell me everyone pays it but is unable to show this in the contact or website.
Has anyone else got any insight into this? and why virgin is trying to make some interest on us?

thank you for your reply I have read through this and it explains that they will take the money for the month coming up. (this is what I was expecting)
but they have billed me 2 months not 1 and they say on the phone everyone does this...

thank you for pointing out the part that is what I am looking for. I am still confused as to why this was berried away and not on the T&C nor anyone on the phone or web chat could point to me at this location.
I have just gone looking for this in my contact it is not anywhere to be seen, nor going through the setup that I have just gone through again.
This seems shady to me why would Virgin do this?

I take it that is why I just got my contact again in my inbox?
this contact still does not say you will take 2 months on the first bill. I do not see how this can be contactable when it doesn't state anywhere but this one page.
why is this not in the contact nor told to me before entering into contact with Virgin?
