Not been able to access ntlworld mail address the last couple of days -  tried various browsers, all either server unreachable / server stopped responding/ timed out messages.  Hope someone can help !  Thanks

We're aware there is a problem currently, at the moment we don't have a fix date, but we assure you we're working hard to resolve things/ will advise an update when we have one.

Hi Alex .... that reply doesn't fill me with confidence it will be resolved soon. It's not simply 'issues' I have zero access to emails, or email addresses I urgently need.

Over a week now without being able to sign into my Virgin Media. Will there be a reduction in monthly charges for this farce?
