Hi I need to order a couple of the virgin wifi pods - the signal in our living room drops out all the time and is very weak I put it down to some new laminate flooring underlay which has a foil side - like living in a Faraday cage!!
I have tried the Connect App which sometimes tells me I'm not even at home there is so little network connectivity - just cant get to any stage to order these mythical free pods. Likewise if I try to talk to an real person on the 03454541111 number - it won't even connect me to a What's app chat session

But tbh I think your best bet is going to be running ethernet cables from the Hub to one or more wireless access points in your "dead zones" - that's the guaranteed solution
