OUTLOOK VIRGIN EMAIL NOT WORKING IN MICROSOFT OUTLOOK.

I have my virgin email address linked into microsoft outlook. i am an elderly pensioner and i have several emails all linked to outlook as it is easier for me opening one platform instead of going into several different sites.

My virgin email in outlook stopped working and i contacted virgin help to be told as it is a 3rd part they cannot do anything.

i said it stopped working several months ago and they fixed it within several minutes why the change of policy now.

i can access my virgin emails ok in the virgin website but they do not work at all in outlook. cannot send cannot receive cannot view trash. i have had this working in outllok for more years than i can remember. 

I cannot understand how they could fix it once ok but now rigidly maintain it is not within their parameters.

they offered to pass me to tech team but said they would charge and could not guarantee a fix. i declined.

Thanks for posting on our community forums. We do apologise you did not get the help required when calling our team. 

We can't set Outlook emails up for you; however we can offer advice when it stops working.

You can follow the steps to generate separate password for outlook and 3rd party client apps and make sure your email setting are all up to date too.
