Thanks for getting in touch, I'm sorry that you're having this issue with your email account. Have you been able to follow the advice kindly linked by @Graham_A? If so, did this resolve the issue for you?

No it didn't resolve it, i can access my main account email but the secondary account email which is used the most is the one i can't access.
I have tried logging into the main account to reset the password for the secondary email but it doesn't even appear in the list of email accounts.
please help 😉
