All the lights on my box are flashing and the box is performing really bad.

Can you elaborate on "performing really bad"?
Although the V6 only has one light, I suspect it's either failed or is in the reboot loop. VM staff should be along in a day or so to pick this up.
I'd recommend calling TV faults to report this - 0345 4541111 or 150 from a VM phone.
