Our V6 box is not working. "Stuck" on multilanguage welcome screen. Rebooted several times with no change. All plugged in. Broadband fine. Lights have been flashing green/red and now just solid amber light on most recent reboot. Does anyone have any suggestions please??? Many thanks!

Call into faults to report your TV box not booting up. 150 from a VM phone, or 0345 4541111 from any other phone - options for "I have a fault".
If you don't mind waiting a couple of days, VM staff should respond on here.
Just make sure the Ethernet & co-ax connections are both inplace.
