Hi all. I have a V6 downstairs and the old Tivo upstairs (officially relocated by Virgin engineer). I was looking at the app today and it suggested I could start a new deal with a cost reduction on my package. I hit the accept button and I just had the pre-contract come through but it does not mention the old Tivo.Although, looking at my current package, it is not mentioned on there but it does show in my itemised bills.I'm worrying that this would get switched off as I still need it.Do you think it's just a paperwork oversight or should I dial 150 tomorrow and wait for god knows how long?

What is mentioned on the proposed new contract? Post up a copy with your details blanked out, for a second opinion.
