Virgin media please could you advise cost and how I order a replacement v6 box? Our has accidentally been damaged whilst completing some home renovations, thanks.

You can report service faults one of two ways...
Calling in using 150 (from a VM phone) or 0345 4541111 (from any other phone)
Waiting here for VM staff to respond, expect a day or so response time.
Be aware accidental damage to VM's equipment may mean a chargeable replacement.

Thanks for your post and welcome to the Community Forums. The technician visit would be £25 regarding the box cost, it depends on the level of the damage it could be up to £100 but you can find the equipment pricing here: https://www.virginmedia.com/shop/the-legal-stuff/priceguides
