Volume on TV 360 box is very low

The volume on my TV360 box is very low.  I have to turn up the volume very high, but it is still low. The volume is normal on non VIRGIN services (eg Amazon), is normal.

i have restarted the TV box, as well as the router, but without any change.

Any solutions / suggestions would be appreciated.

Check the Dolby Audio setting on the box and try changing it to see if that improves things.

I was having some problems with my Samsung 4K TV and changing it to 'Follow Content' has improved it for me, as I think it's stopped the TV trying to treat the audio as surround sound and it now knows that most content is only is stereo.

When I turn off the Dolby function, the volume gets better.  However, the volume is considerably reduced in the evenings when viewin via Virgin 360.

However, volume is ok when viewing via other apps - eg Amazon Prime.

Thank you for coming back to us about your volume issue. Can you tell us if you've tried to swap out the HDMI cable, or connected the TV box to another TV to see if the same issue persists?
