When did you last start a new post? Re: Logging into hub 5 It's on the bottom of the Hub. Re: Logging into hub 5You need to use the details printed on the panel Hub 5. They will be different to those on the Hub 3.Re: Hub 5: Our first ever WiFi 6 broadband router TeddyTRK A minimum term contract won't just be immediately cancelled when you first complain about speed issues. There is a set process which includes monitoring of the speeds to the Hub to identify the issue and resolution. That may include a cancellation of service, but it's not guaranteed if another resolution is available. Re: Voiceover guidance arrives in 4.42 update for TV 360 HRDTriumph If the box is reading channel names and guide and you don't want it to, go to Settings > Accessibility > Voiceover Guidance and set it to Off. Re: 360 Update - What Has Changed To the comments about disabling PIN protection. This is an OFCOM requirement for channels which show age rated content outside the watershed hours for that content's age rating. Virgin Media can't disable it. https://www.ofcom.org.uk/tv-radio-and-on-demand/broadcast-codes/broadcast-code/section-one-protecting-under-eighteens "Meaning of "mandatory daytime protection" Mandatory daytime protection means there is a PIN protection system in place pre-2100 and post-0530 which cannot be removed by the user and restricts access solely to those authorised to view. This does not apply to ‘adult sex material’ which under Rule 1.18 can only be shown between 2200 and 0530 and must be behind mandatory restricted access (see Rule 1.18)." Re: Virgin Media O2 ends charges for off-net home movers Yes, that's this bit - "Customers will need to provide proof of their new address with a wide range of readily-available documents accepted including mortgage and rental agreements, utility bills, bank statements and driving licenses." My understanding is that if you don't provide the proof then you'd still be charged the fees. Re: Top entertainment channels at no extra cost It's temporary - "All of the TV channels and on demand programming will be available for all TV customers between Tuesday 1 February and Tuesday 1 March." Re: BBC One HD and BBC Four HD are moving channels. BBC Three HD launches. AlgieC Subtitles are available on BBC One HD and are working on my 360 box. If they're not working for you, I'd recommend posting that in the appropriate forum for the TV box you have so it can be looked at. Re: BBC One and BBC Four have moved channels in England and NI Regional news will be on BBC One HD. Here's the BBC's announcement on it last year https://www.bbc.co.uk/mediacentre/articles/2021/bbc-one-hd-rollout-england
