Have you checked Service Status?

You can see there when the suggested fix time is and get alerts by text.

Thanks for posting and sorry to hear you've had some issue with the service.

 

I've been able to take a look at things from our side, and can see no area issues at the moment.

 

Are you still experiencing problems with the connection?
