Hi,
TV360 box is stuck in a cycle where you turn it on, the 'Welcome' screen is shown followed by a downward arrow filling towards a box for while, reboot and then the same in an endless cycle.
So far I have:
Are there any other techniques I can get to break the box out of this cycle?
Is there an easy way just to get a replacement 360 box dispatched for swap out? I really don't want to have to go through the whole 'book and engineer' scenario if possible - it's just a box swap as far as I can tell.

Hi Furtim,
You can either call Virgin on 150 from a Virgin phone, mobile or landline, or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone to report a fault or wait here for one of the forum team team to pick this up which might be 2 to 3 day's.
