My living room 360 box upgraded to 4.45 half an hour ago and it caused me major headaches.
I suspect the upgrade failed, because when I turned my 360 box on, there was just a blank screen with no audio. No amount of turning the box off and on would help. I even tried different HDMI cables and ports on my TV.
The fix was simple enough, power off the 360 box and wifi hub at the main for 30 seconds and then it all worked again.
So if this happens to you on the upgrade, hope this helps.

After seeing your post I checked our system and we are still running 4.42 and that’s on two upgraded V6 boxes! I wonder how the updates are pushed out as now that 4.45 has been released we are three updates behind?

I think between 4.42 and 4.45, some in-between updates were actually missed out so you could only be just 1 or 2 behind.
