Second V6 Box instead of Mini box

We've got a V6 box in the living room and bedroom.

The main one we swapped as soon as we had the remote, but we couldn't get the other V6 box to switch, but I had a text/email a couple of days later saying Virgin sent a signal and the bedroom box had then also swapped over.

It sounds like you've already converted to 360?

Thanks for the post 

I have had a look from here and it appears you would need the mini box to get 360 added 

Sadly we as a Forum Team are not able to help with upgrades, package changes etc 

Can you please give the Team a call on 0345 454 1111 so we can get this fixed
